In this article I would like to discuss one of the leading technological advancement that can and should be used for further industrial enhancement. As can be observed, even with implementation of various educational program and stricter rules and regulations, death in confined spaces seems to be trending upwards throughout the decade. Its high time we find a better approach in minimizing these concerns.

Basically our imagination is the limit in adopting these technological advancement. Examples that i gave are mostly maritime industry related due to my years of experience in this field. However applications of AI have a much bigger outreach. Here are some of the applications that can bring major benefits to our industries and society at large:

  2. Residential area access control.
  3. Parking and toll automatic payments.
  4. Construction site safety systems.

These are just a few common ideas that came to mind although the possibilities really do seems to be endless.

Integrating AI with IoT can help revolutionize the way our industries work.  With every passing days, smart technologies are getting more reliable and affordable. Thus it makes total sense to adopt these technology as soon as possible. Even though the initial cost might be slightly more than conventional technologies, there is no doubt that in the long run smart technology will always have the upper hand from any point of view whether it be financial, environmental, reliability or safety.
